Pre-Production-Order means that products will be manufactured after receiving an order. They are not readily available before you order and get specifically made for you after purchase.

After receiving your order we will start producing your purchased items immediately and send them out to you once they’re ready. Depending on your location, shipping can take 7-15 days.

You can return your purchased item within 14 days after receiving your package, in case your ordered items are damaged or have quality control issues.

Print on demand products, that get manufactured after receiving your order can not be returned.
